Brazil: Counseled the navy in the privatization of the naval bases in the country. Set-up of the technology transfer on the submarine maintenance (70M€ per year).
India: Set-up of the local Business Development Team for energy and services (35M€ per year).
Australia: Set-up of an alliance with Thales Australia for naval services. Negotiation and executed a fisrt technical assistance contract (8M€ per year).
